Our Laboratory Factory is located at the northwest area of the Community of Madrid, in Boadilla del Monte. At Barley & Co. we are specialized in the creation of small-batch craft beer.

Head Brewer

I found my passion for beer when I started working on improvement projects of large breweries and I knew the world of experimental beer, beers that were made as R&D and I gladly offered myself as a “beta tester” while frequenting taverns offering beers originals Over time I began to experiment at home with homebrewing, while continuing my career as a Process Engineer, solving problems for others, so in 2016 I decided to turn my passion into my profession and found Barley & Co. in the beautiful town of Boadilla del Monte , where I also live and since then I am creating instruments of happiness, also known as “Craft Beers”.
